We are licensed by both the city of Los Angeles and the state of California for both medical and adult use recreational sales.

1) Senate Bill 94, the Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (“MAUCRSA”), was passed by the legislature on June 15, 2017 and signed into law by Governor Brown on June 27, 2017. The MAUCRSA largely repeals the Medical Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (“MCRSA”) and incorporates certain provisions of the MCRSA into the Adult Use of Marijuana Act (“AUMA” aka Prop 64), integrating California’s medical and recreational cannabis regulatory systems.

2) How can you tell if the dispensary you’re visiting is legal? Look for their State License in the window and check out our blog for more easy ways to tell if you’re shopping legal!

3) The best way to help lower prices and taxes is to shop at legal dispensaries and report illegal shops in your neighborhood–illegal shops don’t pay taxes or support their communities. You can email cannabiscomplaint@lacity.org if you believe an illegal, unlicensed dispensary is operating in your area.
